Mara has been such a great help to me in the past few years in regards to my health problems. Besides answering my questions and before giving a recommendation, she takes the time to inquire about my specific condition, diet and symptoms. That is very assuring and makes me feel confident that following her advice will improve my situation. Mara Schiffren was actually my training partner for the Belief Clear Coach Certification program so I got to work with her on many occasions over the course of several months. The greatest benefit from being coached by her was a sense of freedom I got knowing I could just BE myself without any judgment. I had never done parts work before and was a bit fearful of who might show up. Mara not only held the space for me to discover those other unknown aspects of myself, but lead by example in her playful way of discovering hers while allowing me to coach her. Thus, providing an uninhibited, authentic exposure of her own parts that allowed me to do the same when my turn came.

Action - By skillfully leading the dialogue, we ended up "interviewing" the entire complex of emotions and body feelings as a combined, high-grade entity and source of wisdom I didn't know I had. 

Results - As it turned out, as Mara led the dialogue, it became clear this was a very high and wise part of my self and actually the antithesis of anxiety and forlornness - the deep feeling embedded in the issue/challenge I was immersed in. Looking back, the guidance I(we) received was amazing and has proven itself sage and true many times over since that 1st, excellent session with Mara.

I can't say enough good things about Mara. She's a superhero in my eyes. She is the most knowledgeable person I know in the area of diet as it relates to healing. I've been eating SCD for my ulcerative colitis for over 10 years. Whenever I have a challenging question I can always count on Mara to be there with a clear, succinct, logical solution. She not only knows the "how to" for eating a proper diet, but she knows the "why's" and the interrelationships between various foods and supplements and nutrients and probiotics.
